VAapps provides digital solutions such as Smart Forms, Email services, and Online Exam portals as described on our website VAapps.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use services in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Do not engage in prohibited activities, including unlawful or harmful use.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials used on VAapps are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without express permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAapps is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

7. AI Features and AI-Generated Output

Certain VAapps products and services may include artificial intelligence ("AI"), machine learning, large language models ("LLMs"), automated recommendations, AI-generated content, code, analysis, suggestions, or automated actions.

AI systems are probabilistic technologies and may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or incorrect. AI-generated outputs may also contain errors, bugs, security vulnerabilities, unintended behavior, or recommendations that are not appropriate for a particular situation.

VAapps does not warrant or guarantee that any AI-generated output, recommendation, analysis, code, response, decision, or action will be accurate, complete, reliable, secure, current, or suitable for your particular purpose.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated output should not be considered a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, security, or other qualified professional advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and independently verifying AI-generated output before relying upon it or using it.
• You are responsible for determining whether AI-generated output is appropriate for your intended use.
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated output for decisions that may result in financial loss, legal consequences, security risks, safety risks, or other significant consequences.
• Where AI features can perform automated actions, you are responsible for reviewing and appropriately configuring those actions and permissions.
• AI-generated code, configurations, queries, commands, recommendations, or other technical output must be reviewed and tested before being used in production environments.
• VAapps is not responsible for losses, damages, errors, or consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated output or automated AI actions, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

By using AI-enabled features of VAapps products, you acknowledge that AI technology is continuously evolving and that its behavior and output may change over time, including as a result of changes to underlying AI models or third-party AI providers.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion and without notice, including for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll post the effective date at the top.
